What is included in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)?

As we’ve evolved G Suite into a more integrated experience across our communication and collaboration tools, we’ve rebranded to Google Workspace to more accurately represent the product vision.

Similar to G Suite, all Google Workspace plans provide a custom email for your business and include collaboration tools like Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, and more.

How long does it take to set up?

Your Google Workspace licenses are setup usually within 24-48 hours of your subscription payment.

If you have some unique requirements, please reach out to our customer service team for more accurate deployment timeframe.

Do I need a domain name?

Yes, you'll need a domain name for your custom business email, such as you@yourbrand.com which you could purchase with your order.

If you already have a domain, we can use that for your subscription. Please reach out to our customer service team to discuss what will be needed to setup your account.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You will not be able to cancel your subscription before the expiry date of your subscription as it is prepaid in advance and valid till the end of term.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Your data is yours. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can download your data such as your email and documents and save it to another location. You should save your data before you cancel. After you cancel your subscription, data associated with your account will be deleted.

Can I switch to other Google Workspace plans?

It is possible to upgrade your plan, however, you wouldn't be able to downgrade it back during the subscription.

Furthermore, please note that Google Workspace has a single plan for all users which means your upgrade will upgrade all your users to the other plan.
